Capitec Bank *******ly accessed my app to enable notifications and charges me for it

A week ago I flagged that Capitec Bank has been *****ulently deducting 035 cents from my account for months for SMS NOTIFICATION fees.

The irony is I disabled sms notifications a long time ago. My statement only goes far back as 6 months and I dont trust the app at all. I trusted this bank for a long time and they have been de*****ing me for a while. What is wilder is the sms notifications do not even come up on my texts. They are investigating for a week now, wont give me the CEO's direct contact and keep deflecting and using chat bots to reply to you. I need to get my banking away from them, The app is unsafe as they have full control. If they take from their 11.2 million app users every day and just a 35 cents it blows your mind at the level of ***** they are committing. I saw the automated replies to other complaints too and know they wont do anything and keep *****ing, so will proceed legally. They underestimate that some of us can find time and resources to pursue corporate ********ity like this. IF YOU SEE CAPITEC BANK , FLEE FROM THEM, CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNTS AND MOVE YOUR MONEY, THEY ARE TAKING SMALL AMOUNTS FROM MILLIONS OF PEOPLE AND REFUSE TO PAY ME BACK, APOLOGISE OR EVEN DO ANYTHING IN A TIMEOUS MANNER.
