Capitec Bank Lotto non payments

Once again, Capitec has disappointed. May i recommend anyone using Capitec to buy Lottery tickets, to thoroughly check their tickets as i have recently noticed non winning payments for smaller winnings. So where are these winnings going to????. The principal behind the issue is that we trust our bank to be honest at all times regardless if it is small amounts or large amounts.
