Capitec bank loans ****

Capitec is a **** when it comes to their loans. Their loans have the worst interest. Even when you try to pay more on the loan the loan goes even higher with more than a thousand. My loan move from a balance of R8000 something to a ridiculous R9000 and something close to a thiusand, and again between last month and this month. I added a bit more in order to reduce the loan balance but shocking enough. With all my effors and calling their loan department I never got answers. Last week I wrote a review and they called me promising to give me a reason why. I still didn't get answers. I am very dissapointed. More than anything I'd advise anyone to check their loan balances every month. Never again will I take a loan with this bank. They are ****ming people. Stay away from taking loans with capitec. I still don't have answers as to why the loan balances with more than a thousand rand and they tell me it's insurance. Yet insurance is R250. Their consultant **** and said they'll get back to me. I hope this bank gets exposed when it comes to their loans. The worst I've dealt it. All I want it's to finish paying it. I will never take a loan with them. I regret
