Im so disappointed by capitec bank...i took access facility loan last year...when i pay R3500 month end on 1st of each month they take maximum of R2000 dats frustrating bcoz u wil nt finish to pay loan Im sad bcoz i wil b finishing 2 pay my loan Yoh! Is a day light ****...

Yah its shows dat capitec bank doesn't care abt customer service....18% fees including interest dats too much...nd when i took it your employer didnt tel me abt 18% fees...
