Capitec Bank Loan Installment

I have a loan with Capitec Bank and went into arrears because of lockdown. I recently made payment arrangements and managed to get a temporary rescheduling done. The issue is that the installment keeps increasing every month, to the point where I can no longer afford it. I phoned Capitec today to make arrangements and they could not assist me because I have met my limit to do another rescheduling. They could not offer me any other options to make the instalments to my affordability. The only option the agent gave me was to visit the brand to get help which is not a guarantee. I feel that it should not be this much effort to get assistance. I app**** for the loan online because it is convenient. Capitec should be able help me decrease my loan repayment without me having to go through all this unnecessary troubles.
