Capitec Bank Loan- Bad Service

I would not recommend anyone take a personal loan through Capitec Bank. Their customer service is poor. I recently took out a personal loan and was told that I could submit my own personal life/ insurance to replace the one that comes with the loan. Now they are refusing to accept my personal life/insurance cover and are forcing me to use theirs. I have submitted all the required documents and put everything in writing, but they still rejected. I can’t wait to finish this loan. The question I keep asking myself is why other large banks accepted the same documents.
