Capitec Bank Loan Applications

I am extremely dissapointed with Capitec Bank application for a personal loan. At first they keep sending you ads and sms's to apply for their loan and upon doing that I always get a decline. Now I am very catious with my credit score and my credit rating is excellent meaning I can be offered a personal loan. Other service providers i can qualify but not Capitec Bank. Today I was told my score is low how, when my score is high on the credit bereau. Clearly your algorithms dont like me. Huge dissapointment Capitec Bank
