Capitec Bank loan account

Hi hello peter ive app**** for a loan with Capitec Bank February 2020 and since lockdown ive never even skip any payment but their loan amount keeps on increasing and again my installment months were supposed to be reducing but they keep on adding installment months yet they get their money on time.i have paid 4 months upfront was expecting my months to be reduced yet they keep on increasing and i haven't even ask them for payment holiday how can you give someone payment holiday while they are paying every months and i didn't even asked for payment holiday in my loan account as it is paid upfront.
