Capitec Bank Loan

This is absolutely one of the worst experiences ive ever had with capitec, a few weeks ago i app**** for a loan with capitec. a very "helpful" agent called me the next day requesting documents, which ive sent to them. never to hear from them again, ignoring calls and emails. so i decided to apply again, yet again i was called the very next day by an agent who requested documents. so i sent everything off again. They said it would take a day or so to be processed. After two days i emailed and was met with the excuse the documents was never sent. So this whole story went on, its been weeks, sending and resending the documents with no answer to any of my emails nor calls. They constantly use the excuse that they did not recieve any documents, but funny enough i have proof of all of the 6 times i sent the documents. STAY AWAY, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
