Capitec Bank *****line is a mess

If it was possible I would be giving them a 0. I received a call from people pretending to be from Capitec ***** that said money was being deducted from my account since last year by a certain company and they want to assist me in getting my money back. Meamwhile they emptied all my accounts as well as the credit card. when they asked form my ABSA account details I refused and they drop the call. I phoned Capitec ***** and asked for help. the phone was dropped in my ear. I phoned again and the same thing happened. I phoned the 3rd time the consultant answered and I explained what happened to me. They were unable to assist me, they were not able to stop the accounts,, reverse the transaction or help with the credit card from where over R7000 was taken. The consultant just advised me to go to the Police station and open up a case. At the Police station they asked me for stamped statememts from the account. Capitec is unable to assist clients with ***** and they dont even know how to use their own system to resolve issues.
