Capitec bank like acting like ****s

1. Capitec held the amount of R4400 from my account I submitted all the required documents but it has been more than 10 days now waiting. 2 Capitec bank closed 2 of my savings plans with my money. I submitted all the documents on *** they rep**** to say for closed accounts I must call. I called and they told me that they are investigating the account, they’ve been with the account for more than 10 days but they’re still investigating till now 💔. I had to cancel all my plans because my money is held by my bank
