capitec bank lifestyle mall centurion and Capitec Sancadia Pretoria

I have a problem with Capitec bank my brother was transfering me R750 with his Capitec app, he missed the cellphone number he send it to *** the correct number was ***, my brother went to lifestyle mall capitec on 2020-04-23 to lodge a complaint since they registered incident no ***9 they never give feedback, On 2020-07-16 we went to Sancardia Capitec Pretoria to enquire on the feedback the lady by the name Tshego gave us bad attitude ,she refused me to enter in to the bank telling us to go to court to get our money but the money was transferred in the Capitec account. When we personally call the wrong number it says the number is not available on Mtn network . help me to get my R750 from Capitec bank,
