Capitec Bank licence disc renewal non delivery - if I could give this no stars I would

I app**** for my licence disc through Capitec on 1 June 2026. I still had not received it by 9 June despite the app stating it would take 3 - 5 business days to process. Today 11 June 2026 I still have not received the disc. Two Capitec consultants have advised me that the disc is indeed with the courier (Skynet) and I must wait for the sms with the tracking number. The third consultant, Lelethu M, completely ignored my question when I asked if the disc is with the courier company. I asked FIVE times and the question was just completely ignored. I decided to call RTMC/NATIS myself only to discover that they have NEVER received my payment from Capitec. So TWO Capitec consultants have **** to me by advising me that the disc is with Skynet. One of them also told me that delivery process is not in actual fact 3 - 5 business days as the app indicates but SEVEN business days so the app is incorrect. It is unacceptable how Capitec consultants lie to the customer. I will definitely think twice about applying for my licence disc through Capitec again. The consultant at RTMC was very helpful and asked me to send her my bank statement so she can follow up on the non payment by Capitec.
