CAPITEC BANK LAON COMPLAINT

I have two loans with Capitec bank and have never skipped one payment I even pay extra but have noticed that the amount keeps increasing drastically,I have made all the calculations as per CAPITEC’s statement and the amount I get is way lesser then what your statement indicates,this matter needs to be attended to ASAP, as now it seems like I’m being exploited and taken advantage of by a banking system and yes I have escalated this matter to your complaints department which I am still waiting for feedback ....
