Capitec bank lack of service
On the 22 June 2020 I have an incident where R50 000 went out of my account to FNB account number. I have reported the case to Capitec Bank (as it was the account where the money was transferred from) , they advised me to go to FNB to report the case of which I did.
I have furnished FNB with affidavit and case number, and the case went to FNB forensic. FNB gave me ref no 2********** . I tried to follow up with FNB and i was told that Vincent Mpanya from forensic is the one who handles the case. I tried contacting him on ********** last week on the 23 June 2020, he told me that he can not communicate with me but he has sent everything to Capitec bank.
I went to capitec branch in Brakpan, I reported everything Nkele and Thandeka of which they have been non responsive. I further gave them tye affidavit and case number from the police and fnb ref number. Until today i have no recieved anything from them.
I further contacted capitec bank via phone call and i spoke to Avuyile Mhlonyane (***********) but he has been quiet as from the 24 June until today.
I also contacted Lucia from forensic last week friday , unfortunately she is out on he study leave and apparently no one is assisting me.
Capitec claims not to receive feedback feom FNB . Right now i have lost R50 000 from my account and no one knows anything and no one is updating me where i stand.
The case has been open from the 23 June 2020 until today 02 July 2020 and no one is updating me.
