Capitec bank keeps on disappointing me
It's been almost a year now, no help or feedback from capitec bank, I do follow ups all the time but still, I had my credit card blocked the money that was in my main account was frozen. I wrote to HelloPeter last year October, the bank called me but my issue was never resolved till today.

08 Feb 2022, 16:02I sent money to an FNB account from my credit card June 2021 and the person paid back the money within 3days, I then transferred it back to my credit card (R5 000)
I then received a notification from capitec that my credi has been stopped and the money that was in my main account was frozen, I went to the bank and I was told that the FNB account that sent me money had been involved in *****, I was told to bring an affidavit explaining my connection to the FNB account and the FNB account hold sent me the confirmation of what I had stated through affidavit together with our ID copies attached.
I have been following up ever since the only answer I keep getting is that "they are still investigating"
