Capitec Bank Kagiso Mall

I was extremely disappointed by the service I received from the Capitec Bank in Kagiso Mall today. My brother needed to open an account and we went straight to the bank but to our suprice never got any assistance. My brother was turned back twice bacause of how his ID looked...the consultant advised my brother to go maybe get his passport which i found very insulting, meaning he didnt look like a south African citizen? Or was it the way he was dressed?... We were turned back twice by the bank and when i asked to speak to the manager the consultant just pointed at us where the manager was seated and never even bothered to advise him we needed his help. We then left and went to another bank...with no hustles or question asked we were assisted by the friendly staff at Absa Bank. Im just disgusted by the attitude and behavior the staff at Capitec bank has... Ive never had any issues with other branches however the services there was appalling. Im very much hurt and disappointed
