Capitec bank just t wont help

I was ****med out of R50 000 on the 7 of October through accounts that are with capitec bank, now capitec bank inform me thay no funds can be refunded as the people who ****med me dont have funds available in there accounts, how does this work so anybody can just steel your money and you must just accept when its gone iam a single monther of 3 children the money that got ****** was from a closed account and for my childs operation. How does it work that so many ****mers have capitec bank account
