Capitec bank is *********** with license disk renewal

Capitec Bank is ***********. I renewed my license on the Capitec banking app a month ago and have not received any correspondence from them or the courier. I called last week and was told that they can’t even track the license disk they don’t have the waybill number. Up until today capitec cannot resolve this matter.
