Capitec Bank is uselessness

Last month Apple iTunes debited a sum of R489 from my account I went to Capitec Bank in Mthatha to query about the matter a few days after I received a call Capitec bank wanting more information of which I gave the consultant the called me informed me that I would have to pay a sum of R150 if Capitec bank had to claim back my money from Apple iTunes despite me tell her that I had not mad any purchases which was why I did not know anything about the debit Till today Capitec bank has not given me any further updates on my query
