Capitec bank is useless I have filled a ***** case with your ***** department each time I am. The one that need to call to egt feed back from. Them, all am. Getting are agents that are rude and not willing to help.... It's been 3months now going for 4 months getting the same answers that they are investigating and awaiting for marchentile bank to respond... How can this case take so long to wrap up I mean i was informed that my app and account was hacked and I even verified that I wasn't there one using the app this is unacceptable
