Capitec bank is useless

Money was ******( unauthorised transaction) from my acc , while I had my card and phone with me. I am in the Western Cape but the description were the transaction happened shows Pretoria, I went to capitec branch with my card to enquire, ONLY TO BE TOLD...THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO BECAUSE MONEY HAS BEEN UTILIZED. They didn't even bother how this all happen or opening a ***** case and investigate. Someone somewhere has got my card and my pin....but capitec can do nothing about the matter. My money is not secured at all, I'm very disgusted and disappointed with their ignorance.
