Capitec bank is useless

At the beginning of February 2019 i went to the branch at Newcastle mall to ask them to cancel the stop order i had on one of my debit orders. The lady told me there is nothing they can do and that i must contact the company tgat is debiting me to send through a new request.

I called the company and told them what the bank said and they said they will send new request.

The debit order for the end of February was blocked again. I went back to the bank and they srill say there is nothing they can do.

I pulled a statement and on the statement it reflects that the debit order was stopped by the bank.

If the bank cannot cancel the stop order and if the people debiting me cannot do anything then i must just accept that and pay the debit order rejection fee and i must pay for the debit order that has bounced back also.

Capitec bank is just as useless as the rest of the banks in this country
