Capitec bank is useless

<p>Capitec is ****ed up bank, they dont know anything..they're system is ****ed up and their consultants are useless.</p> <p> </p> <p>I updated my details for fica about 3 months ago, and to get this they give me the run around for two weeks in which I couldn't access my money at all..</p> <p>Finally a miracle happened they managed to assisr after I had been late to pay my accounts, rent etc because my account was blocked.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now today after 3months, I go today and when I enroll my finger print the system wont allow me access cause they tell me I am no longer a minor I have to enroll myself. M like what the ****?</p> <p>I have been using this for ever and and I was not and still not a minor so what the hell..</p> <p> </p> <p>Plus even if I had opened this as a minor which would have been more than 15yrs ago, I updated my details 3months ago and y'all took my prints and everything was cool and I have been coming here and all was well so what the hell..</p> <p> </p> <p>They cant answer, they call the head office which then told them there is nothing they can do I meed to bring the same documents I brought to update, which I dont have cause I had to go home to get those cause I stay at a flat in jhb so m not about tp register with that address. Meaning I cant access my money yet again..</p> <p> </p> <p>And they look at me, like helpless idiots not doing anything to give my money..</p> <p> </p> <p>So again what must I do to get the money that belongs to me?</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so ****en ****ed.
