CAPITEC BANK IS USELESS

Capitec still hasn't done nonething about my ***** insident it's been over 3 weeks now.... They just don't care at my house we all using capitec and if they don't call me by today we all gonna stop giving capitec business.... Capitec will lose six customers from my family and we gonna spread awareness until more customers are lost. To think I've been with the bank for over 8 years and I'm not even 30 no young person stays loyal to a bank for that long I trusted capitec bank and always thought they have my back but they dont.... It's confirmed that R1200 was still on the FNB bank account that was used by the ******* but now they taking they own time to send the R1200 to my capitec account
