Capitec Bank is unprofessional!

Capitec Bank is so unprofessional and full of *********** policy makers. I made a notice with them that I’m going abroad for more than a year and I was assured that any issues will be professionally sorted Via phone call that includes unauthorized debit orders. Recently, there was unauthorized debit order of more than R800. I called the bank to make a reversal (mind you international calls are ridiculously expensive) the consultant told me policy has changed all clients need to report to their nearest bank for any reversal of more than R800. This is insane because now I have to book a flight in the midst of Covid high pricing to sort out this issues otherwise the moment I get back to SA next I’ll find 0.00 on my account. At this moment in time I wish I never banked with this bank.
