Capitec bank is ******* money of my account since the 5th and not paid

Capitec and their service! From their branch Staff to their management complaints department to their call centre departments they are absolutely useless at resolving issues its been 8 days since they took away my money i was promised by the complaints department my query will be resolved today as for the branch i was told that the funds will reflect immediately today the consultant says there's no follow through on my incident number!!!!

WHERE IS MY MONEY YOU ******* YOU'LL ACTUALLY TOOK MY MONEY AND BEATING ME AROUND THE BUSH YOUR CONSULTANT SAID YOU'LL WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY TRAVEL TO THE BRANCH AND MY CALLS THE WASTE OF MY DAMN AIRTIME CALLING CONTINOUSLY!
