Capitec Bank is the worst bank of all times

Last year on the 15th of December I made a transfer of R8000 into a wrong account, on the 16th I made a call to Capitec Bank in order to make a recall. They said it'll take a week or two and would have to deduct a fee of R160 in order to recall the money. They deducted the fee after a week or so and with hopes that I'll receive the money they told me that the recall was unsuccessful. I went on as far as writing an email to the Customer care but they still insist that they cannot help me. Capitec Bank is the worst bank of all times.
