Capitec Bank is the worse!

Capitec is terrible. I had a personal loan at Capitec Bank which was paid up last year. A year later and it still reflects on my credit report. The date on the paid up letter is wrong and no consultant can explain why ( even head office) and the do not know how to remove it from my report. I was at the branch for an hour and no explination whatsoever! This is the worst bank ever.
