Capitec Bank is the Biggest *****s

What is happening with the investigation? I wrote to you and to date, no reply on incident ***. As my bank, are you telling me you cannot assist me even though that account is with you? Are you telling me you traced my money back but you cannot refund based on the fact that it's a syndicated acount and SAPS is involved now? Do I have to wait on SAPS to get my money back?

I am very frustrated at the fact that my bank has no urgency in this matter. I switched to Capitec Bank in hopes of better service and I could not have been more wrong.

I need my money urgently please.
