Capitec Bank is Terrible

<p>I am a client at Capitec Bank. I took a R10000 loan last December to be repayed over 10 months. Unfortunately I got retrenched end of June and I immediately informed Capitec of my ordeal with the understanding that the was insurance cover on my loan. I was taken from pillar to post, nobody seemed to believe my case in the first place and even though consultant ended up taking my letter of retrenchment, it is clear she did not do anything about it. Despite the fact that I gave proof of my retrenchment, Capitec debited my account.</p>
