CAPITEC BANK is taking advantage of the old age, do not deposit money at capitec bank

On the 17th December 2019 my 80 years old uncle went to deposit money at capitec bank mall at lebowakgomo branch, he gave the capitec bank consultant 10000.00(Ten thousand rand) to deposit into this account number***)...the consultant didn't confirm with him if the account was indeed under the names of the person he was sending the money to instead he was given a slip and on his way home he checked the slip and found the the money was deposited into this account ***) total different account number to the one he gave the capitec consultant. It was late and tomorrow he went back to capitec branch where the deposit was made and they told him that the manager wass not in and he can only be assisted when he comes back after 14days and he gave him this case number(***1) ...he went back after 14 days to find mr sikhu the manager and he said the person who was acting in his absentia didn't explain this matter to him and he said my uncle must give him 14 days. 14 days later he went back to the bank and the manager gave him this number(***9) and referred to the ombudsman since there's nothing capitec bank can do to get the money back because the money is been withdrawn. I suspect that the manager and the consultant stole my uncles money and put in their account and now they making him run around so i he get tired and eventually give up so that they can keep this money.. And took advantage of because he is old and he can't fight back now this whole thing is tempering with my uncles health, stress that they've caused him is just too much.
