Capitec bank is still holding my money.

Last week Wednesday, I got a call from someone in capitec bank.. She told me that, the forensic department requires me to get a court order before they can release my money.. I asked that, this request be put in email, I also sent an email the next day to request for an email to that effect.. Till date, I have not gotten any email to that effect, but when I called, I was directed to someone else now handling my matter, this will be the third person that my matter has gone to since I made my complain and again I have being asked to send all my documents to proof I had a legitimate transaction from the person who transferred the money to me, this will be the 4 th time I will be sending the same documents... It's like capitec bank is just playing games with me...
