Capitec bank is *****ing monies

It's been about three months that I have noticed this trend, Capitec bank is *****ing my money. And it's sad because it has been doing so well for so long especially with the old banking app. It was transparent and you new exactly where your money went. I transferred R250 into my savings account yesterday and transacted a total of 243..and where did the rest of the money go? R6? It's been going on like this for some time now. It's money unaccounted for that doesn't even appear on the bank statement. I called the main branch the lady there was avoiding answering me for that one particular transaction. I am thinking of going back to fnb. Or another more secure bank.
