Capitec Bank Is ****ing people-Ref No.***6

I deposited money from Capitec bank to FNB b on friday 14 January 2022, i did immediate pay because that person needed the money same day, Today on the 21 January 2022 that person didnt received money , I keepon follow up with capitec almost everyday to get that money reversed but they indicated that they are waiting for FNB to give them feedback, I dont know what to do anymore it was not my fault that their systems are not accurate. they gave me the REF No..***6 The amount was R2500.00. They are telling me that they will charge me for reversing that money whose fault was it?
