Capitec Bank Is Really Not Secure
Capitec has the worst security out of all banks in South Africa, how does an unauthorized 3D transactions happen? The only bank with endless cases of this nature on online purchases… we need to close accounts with Capitec, our money is not safe… when you call them they force that your the one who authorized the transaction and it’s not disputable,… I will be withdrawing all my money and opening a ***** case, stopped card and they can keep the new one to themselves… I mean even takealot(where the transaction happened) was more helpful than my own bank, this institution is a joke.

I accept that my money was ****** from me in a bank that can’t even seriously help me. Il escalate the matter with police and OBS. Thanks for nothing.
