CAPITEC BANK IS PATHETIC

My wife app**** for a loan 2JC4QHF after days se got a msg stating that she must follow the link to whatsapp as they cant get hold of her funny no one phoned, She follows the link does what is asked and boom nothing again, email send to Capitec and then we get another whatsapp asking her for one more document she sends it and then capitec ends the chat, We send another emailnand get the o so sorry reply, next day same thing email send no reply, then again email send get a reply we are so sorry boo hoo we are resolving it, In one whole week after numourous emails and fb msges no resolution from capitec, the fb reply tells me as the customer that I must phone them sonthey can resolve the issues EXCUSE ME you cant do your job and i must phone you, They are the most pathetic bank i have ever dealt with and i am so glad i am closing this account, You only took 2 months to show your true coulors, If you want a bank that offers no assistance, no resolution, no problem solving skills no services rendered to you as a customer a dont care attitude CAPITEC IS YOUR BANK, So now i know i will be getting another one of those we are sorry automated replies, #CAPITEC save it dont even bother to send it to me I just hope more people open theyr eyes and leave you so we can get rid of companies like you, In over a week still no answer still not resolved still dont even know if the loan is approved or not

And like i said pathetic is not even the best word to dicribe your service it is now 09/09/2021 still no answer from this useless institution my problem still not solved, no correspondence as per there reply at the top, People STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK, YOU WILL GET BETTER SERVICE FROM A STONE

So still no reply still no emails which they claimed to have send, They now just choose to ignore me, PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PATHETIC BANK, @CAPITEC I AWAIT YOUR REPLY
