Capitec bank is of no help

I was at Capitec bank at The Glen mall I must say I was applauded at Thier service and the king of response I got from the consultant. I was at the bank to reverse a debit from clientele and I was told it cant re stopped and reversed and she said there is nothing she can do about it. So I asked as my bank I am not protected and my money will go out on a monthly and they cant help stop it and she somehow said I'm at fault for agto thi
