Capitec bank is not so bad after all

I had a problem with money getting debited from my account repeatedly. No one on the Capitec contact centre gave me any assistance, until I wrote my story on hellopeter. Capitec responded in time, explained everything to me and made sure I got my money back. Than they did a follow up phone call to check if I was satisfied with the help I got, on top of that gave me advice on how to manage my money in my account. Thank you so much Capitec
