Capitec bank is not safe at all, actually my money is not safe with you guys and i trusted you so much

Good day, my Name is Nosisa Ngetu from midrand, am very unhappy about Capitec Bank i actually don't think it's safe to bank with them anymore, on the 26 of last month i received an sms notifiaction that someone used my account at this chemist in centurion and it was not me and my card was with me at point in time, and i have a medical aid i wouldn't use my card at the chemist, then i reported the matter by the branch, i was told to wait for 12 days which ended up being 20 days, then i was called to come to the bank, all to find out the guy from the investigation department told me that there's nothing they can do if someone used my card, so if this matter is not resolved am taking this further, i want my money as soon as possible, am banking with Capitec cause i trusted it, my hole salary is going there so if i lose my salary is that the answer am gonna get that "the re's nothing we can do?" i promise am taking this further you guys can not do this to me
