Capitec bank is not a reliable bank to trust with your money

I lodged a complain on the 20th of March 2024,i had my card with Me, while my so called card bought cell phones at Sunnyside on the 19th of March 2024, since then I was told the matter is been investigated, till today I haven't received feedback, I went to the store where it swiped I was shown a recient that's differs from my card number
