Capitec bank is not a good bank

My capitec card was de*****ed via PlayStation network. Someone bought fifa 2021 games using my Capitec card and my son’s online ID for PlayStation. This has been happening and I will report to Capitec for the reversal of the purchase. In August I was refunded R999 by Capitec at 12:53, at 13:05 two purchases were made and I immediately called Capitec telling them about the *****. A day later a lady called Mellisa Mercury from Capitec called me to say that they want a proof that i did not buy from PlayStation network, I took a picture of my kids PlayStation showing them that there are no games.

I even called PlayStation network with my son and they told me two purchases were made via web. I informed Mellisa Mecury in CT, she told me that she is not PlayStation therefore she cannot help me yet she said PlayStation showed her the proof that we bought the game and the game is not on my children’s PlayStation.

When i told Mellisa that i am going to close my account with Capitec, she charged back the R999 that was paid back to me without any explanation. She acted with emotions. I asked her to do internal investigation as I believe that it was an inside job but she refused.
