Capitec Bank is ****ing me
In 2014 I made a loan of an amount of R20 000 a Capitec Bank. As from that time, I never failed to pay this loan because it is deducted straight from my salary. It never went into arrears. The problem I have with this Loan it never decreases. I initially use to pay an instalment of R1600 then I asked them to reduce it to R1300 but the balance on the loan does not decrease. I made enquiries at the Capitec Bank Branches and balance of the loan is every time R36 000. All these years it stay there. It never comes down. I went to the bank several times they don’t have a clear explanation to me. Please help.
