Capitec bank is ***********

My Capitec account has been blocked after receiving some funds for tuition, they said that the funds were acquired **********ly , surprisingly the account that I received funds from got unblocked upon submitting all necessary documents and proving that the money is legit, Nedbank cleared and settled the matter with the account holder and there were no problems. My account is still held even after submitting all proof and affidavits, my training allowance is in the account I can't pay my rent and pay for my child's school. I used to love Capitec so much but I'm highly disappointed, I'll never work with them cos they even blocked account without notifying me . There hasn't been any communication from them ever since. I've been going to the branch to ask but there's no feedback and no solution.
