Capitec bank is full of nonsense

Capitec bank has flagged my account apparently because I have transferred money from my main account to the savings plan/emergency account within the same account I have with them

Apparently its flagged as a *****ulent activity, how stupid is that. Now I am told investigations can take up to 21 days while I am in position of all the proof of payments and have even submitted them at their branch for assistance... how am I supposed to survive while they are conducting their stupid investigations?
