Capitec bank is *****ing people

Capitec bank are **********, after I reported a matter that my money just dissappear from my account they say they can't refund me, I even told them to take my phone to forensics and IT guys and they refused, don't know why cz it was gonna resolve everything, highly disappointed in capitec bank
