Capitec bank is *****ing

I have a very bad experience with capitec, few days ago I made a card less cash send on my capitec app and I did not send the reference number to anyone. When I was checking the vouchers I had three one had been redeemed, to my surprise I called them to check on the issue but they have failed to assist me and its not the first time this has happened, I have seen lots of complaints about Capitec bank whr money just dissappear from people s accounts
