Capitec Bank is *****!

Hi. I withdrew money from a Capitec ATM yesterday. I got an SMS that the money is out but however the ATM did not take out any money. The money is still not reversed back into my account. Capitec has confirm that they money didn't come out but they refusing to reverse back the back. I spoke to a consultant yesterday she said that the money will be reversed within 24 hours. when I call today I'm being told that they cannot reverse the money.

Good day

I have debit orders that are supposed to kick out today, so I would like this matter to be resolved by end of business today!
I will not take this laying down, if it means I have to go to a Capitec branch and behave like a mad woman so that I can get my money back so be it.
The consultant I spoke to yesterday said the money will be reversed back into my account within 24 hours. if by 11:45am, today, the money is not in I am going to the Capitec branch and behave like a mad woman till I get my money. I want it back in my account today! I didn't loan that money from you, that is my hard earned cash!

I got back my money. I had to go all the way to the branch in order for me to get back my money, had to act like a mad woman!
