Capitec bank is *****

I'm so discusted with this ***** Bank on Friday i was settling my loan which had R5759 and some change I payed R5700 and the app refused to pay The R59 balance left I tried again Sat 24th the app refused. This morning the laon balance has jumped from R59 to R249. This bank is ***** as there is an amount in my card but the app refused to pay it I'm leaving this bank nothing but *****s. What annouys the hell out of me did call helpline n agent did not even listen nor show care in me explaining this case I hate this bank and I want out can you please take out what ever that is left and close my acc coz even your helpline agent are useless and have no care
