Capitec Bank is finding ways to de***** people

After I sent my complaints to helo Peter I got a response from Capitec complaints department and this is how they settled the matter by asking me to close my account and open an account in another bank but I need to take a court order to retrieve my hard earned money from my Capitec account so in other words they will *****ulently ***** my money if I don't have the means to get a court order. I have even sent an affidavit pleading my case as to why money came into my account and why it went out but nobody is listening.
